Cruise Ships Arriving in Atlantic Canada — Tuesday, September 29, 2026

Saint John, New Brunswick
Saint John will continue to welcome cruise visitors on Tuesday.
Vision of the Seas is scheduled to remain in port Tuesday morning after arriving Monday. The Royal Caribbean ship is scheduled to depart Saint John at approximately 4:00 PM.
Passengers will have the opportunity to visit Uptown Saint John, the Reversing Falls area and other local attractions before returning to the ship.
Halifax, Nova Scotia
Halifax is scheduled to have two cruise ships in port Tuesday.
Viking Mars
Arrival: approximately 8:00 AM
Departure: approximately 6:00 PM
Scenic Eclipse
Arrival: approximately 9:00 AM
Departure: approximately 11:00 PM
The two ships will bring cruise passengers into Halifax throughout the day, providing another boost to the city’s tourism economy.
The Port of Halifax notes that cruise schedules can change because of weather, operational requirements and other circumstances.
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Charlottetown is also scheduled for a busy cruise day, with two ships expected.
Sapphire Princess
Arrival: approximately 9:00 AM
Departure: approximately 5:00 PM
Azamara Journey
Arrival: approximately 1:00 PM
Departure: approximately 10:00 PM
With two ships calling at the island capital, downtown Charlottetown and local attractions could see significant cruise activity during the day.
Sydney, Nova Scotia
Sydney is scheduled to welcome one of the largest cruise ships visiting Atlantic Canada Tuesday.
Norwegian Escape
Arrival: approximately 7:00 AM
Departure: approximately 3:00 PM
The ship can carry thousands of passengers and crew, making its visit an important day for Cape Breton’s tourism businesses.
St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador
St. John’s also has a cruise call listed for Tuesday.
An expedition cruise ship is scheduled to visit the Newfoundland capital, although the arrival time is currently listed as TBD.
Cruise schedules for St. John’s can change depending on weather, sea conditions and the operational requirements of individual vessels.
Corner Brook
There is no cruise ship scheduled for Corner Brook on Tuesday.
The next listed cruise visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, when Oceania Vista is expected to arrive at approximately 10:30 AM and depart at approximately 6:30 PM.
