Two men have been arrested in connection with an alleged break and enter in Saint John’s south end.

 Police said officers responded to a call about a possible break-in at a building under construction in the 19-block of Harding Street around 4:20 a.m. on Monday.

Two men were reportedly seen trying to enter the site. Police say a 33-year-old man and a 40-year-old man were found inside the building and taken into custody without incident.

Authorities said that both men have been charged with break and enter .

They remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday .
