Canada-wide Warrant Eric Martin, 48

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Eric Martin who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

It is reported that:

On September 18, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. It is alleged that he failed to report to the Community Correctional Center as required.

MARTIN is described as 5’6”, 152 lbs, brown hair, and hazel eyes. He has an 8-ball tattoo on his left forearm and a tribal symbol on his left upper arm.

Eric Martin is a 48-year-old serving a 3-year, 5-month and 4-day sentence for convictions of; flight from peace officer, operating motor vehicle while prohibited, and possession of property obtained by crime.

Theft Investigation Consumers Drive

The Saint John Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a theft investigation.

It is reported that:

On Thursday, September 5, 2024, police responded to a report of a theft at a business in the 80-block of Consumers Dr. A man was seen on surveillance video entering a business and stealing a chainsaw.

The suspect, as depicted in the picture, appears to be in his early thirties, wearing a white t-shirt and dark-colored ball cap.

Police are seeking to identify the suspect in the photograph.

The Saint John Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects in a theft investigation.

It is reported that:

On Monday, May 6, 2024, police responded to a report of a theft at a business in the 500-block of Westmorland Road. Two individuals, a man and a woman, entered the store and stole a yellow gold chain.

The suspects both appear to be in their early thirties. Two security guards nearby pursued the suspects but were unable to apprehend them.

Police are seeking to identify the suspects in the photograph.

Police seeking to identify suspect in assault

The Saint John Police is seeking the suspect and witnesses to an assault in the 40-block area of Germain Street in Uptown Saint John.

It is reported that:

On Friday, August 2, 2024, an unknown male threw a beverage at a 37-year-old woman and her 2-year-old child. An independent witness intervened to assist the victims. The suspect was escorted away and left the scene before the police were called.

The woman and her child did not sustain significant injuries as a result of the assault.

The Saint John Police is seeking to identify the suspect and any witnesses in the area at the time of the incident.
