Holidays

Easter Weekend Open Or Closed ?

     Grocery stores, big-box stores, and malls will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, but open on Saturday and Monday.

    NB Liquor corporate stores will be closed on both Friday and Sunday and have reduced hours on Monday.

    Federal, provincial, and municipal government offices will be closed from Friday and Monday. Service New Brunswick locations normally open on Saturday will not be this weekend.

    All public library locations throughout New Brunswick will be closed on Friday, Sunday, and Monday.

    Canada Post offices are also closed on Friday and Monday, which means no mail delivery on those days. Post offices operated by the private sector may have different hours.

    Saint John Transit will not be operating on Friday but will have regular service for the rest of the long weekend.

    The City Market will be closed Friday and Sunday but will be open regular hours Saturday and reduced hours Monday.

    Garbage and compost collection in the city will follow its regular schedule.
