Canada-wide Warrant Dwayne Richard, 30

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Dwayne Richard, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

It is reported that:

On October 4, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. Richard failed to report to the Community Correctional Centre in Saint John as directed.

Richard is described as 6’1, 190lbs, brown hair, and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right inner forearm “DBD”, Chest “CYNIAH” and right shoulder “MY SPIDER”.

Dwayne Richard is a 30-year-old serving a 2-year, 1-day sentence for convictions of; possession of property obtained by crime – over $5000.00, assault with a weapon, extortion, fail to comply with an undertaking and fail to attend court.

Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saint John Police Force at 1-506-648-3333, or if you wish to remain anonymous, contact Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or 1-800-222-T.I.P.S.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ryan Marr-Melanson, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

It is reported that:

On October 4, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. Marr-Melanson failed to report to the Community Correctional Centre in Saint John as directed.

Marr-Melanson is described as 5’5, 178lbs, brown hair, and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his right upper arm “skull with cap”, right forearm “Led Zeplin symbols”, right wrist “Budweiser”, left hand “MARR” and left calf “broken whiskey bottle”.

Ryan Marr-Melanson is a 33-year-old serving a 4-year, 1-month, 24-day sentence for convictions of; Schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000,00 (X2), motor vehicle theft, dangerous operation conveyance, flight from peace officer, possession of firearm knowing it was unauthorized (X2), possession of weapon contrary to prohibition order, theft under $5000.00, obstruct public/peace officer and offences under provincial statutes of NB.
